"Kel’s classes are addictive!! I started strength classes in April 2015 and since then I've competed in 2 powerlifting comps, gained strength, mobility and core strength.
I love that my body is able to lift heavy. I love the feeling of adding extra weight onto the bar and being able to lift it. I love the small 'wins' along the way, being able to do a push up off the ground, a chin up unassisted, the monkey bars with my kids at the park. All the things that I never thought I would ever be able to do.
I have never stuck to anything for this long, I've always given up, never found the time, was too hard etc etc, but you keep coming back for more because you know that every day you're getting stronger. I think that's why most of the girls have been with Kellie for so long. Her constant support during the classes and throughout our program is reassuring and encouraging. The girls in the class are supportive, they cheer you on when you reach a personal best, and they remind you of how far you've come when you don't do as well as you would like.
I honestly recommend these classes for anyone who is wanting to gain strength and move better every day. For anyone who wants to set goals and achieve them and to do it in an environment where there is encouragement at any fitness level."
