SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Our SEMI-PRIVATE Personal Training provides all the benefits of 1-1 Personal Training plus you’ll receive the support, encouragement and motivation of a small group. If you’re willing to put in the effort you’ll be guaranteed to succeed in becoming the best version of yourself.
Our Semi-Private Training educates you on how to achieve lasting results by teaching you how to achieve balance with health, fitness and lifestyle. This will lead to a lifelong positive relationship with fitness and a stronger, more confident and HAPPIER you.
Our Initial Training package is conducted over 12 weeks.
- Up to 3 x Semi-Private Training Sessions per week.
- FREE Weekly Conditioning Session (held every Saturday at 9:00am)
- An INITIAL appraisal to assess your goals and movement.
- Personalised Programming.
- Ongoing monthly goal and progress assessments.
- A copy of our Nutritional Guidelines Information Handout.
- Sessions are up to 1.5 hours *
- Creche access for our 9:30am sessions.
* The longer session time allow for progression as you get stronger and require longer rest periods between your sets. It also ensures that you have the time to warmup and complete any rehab exercises and stretching within your session. We do however understand that some people are busy and have time restraints and if this is the case programming can be adjusted and the session time reduced to suit your needs.
